Scrapdiva Spring 2012 Weekend

With just a little over a month to go - it is time to get organized.
 
Here is the meal schedule...Please post with a comment when you decide what you are actually making for your meal. Please remember to bring everything you need in preparation and the serving of your meal (i.e. if you need ketchup with your hot dogs, bring that with you)

Friday
Dinner: Helen and Lori

Saturday
Breakfast: Shirley
Dinner: Sandi and Hedi

Sunday
Breakfast: Jen
Dinner: Julie and Donna

Divas staying until Monday: Julie, Helen, Shirley, Sandi, Donna

Miscellaneous Items

  • Toilet Paper: Shirley
  • Garbage Bags: Sandi Paper Towel/Kleenex: Helen
  • Dish Soap/Dishwasher Detergent: Lori
  • Salt & Pepper/Sugar/Oil/Margarine or Butter: Hedi
  • Coffee/Filters: Julie
  • Milk/Cream: Donna
  • Orange Juice: Jen (Divas should bring their own OJ if you need it for your alcoholic drinks)
Snacks
I think we should sign up for snacks as well. Over the past few weekends, we have had WAY TOO MUCH snacks. Being the generous Divas that we are, everyone wants to share their snacks and make sure they are eaten but not everyone has a chance to serve what they brought and we end up with way too much food. How about we divide the snacks into categories something like this:
  • Cheese and Crackers or similar, Potato Chips and Pretzels, etc: Julie and Jen
  • Hummus and other dips with veggies, etc.: Shirley and Lori
  • Chocolate Nibbles, Cookies or Candies (covered almonds, M&Ms, JuJubes, etc): Hedi and Shirley
  • Hot Appetizers (spring rolls, wings, etc):  Helen and Hedi
  • 2 Cases of Water: Sandi and Donna
Bring your own (BYO):
  • Beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)
  • Memory Stick (USB flash drive) if you want to take away the pictures we take during the weekend because they are usually too big to put on the website.
  • Your favourite chick-flicks or movies.
  • Desk chair (with chair pad if wanted).
  • Individual desk lamp.
  • Extension cords.
  • Magazines for inspiration.
  • Warm blankie
  • Tables: Julie, Shirley, Helen, Hedi: WE NEED ONE MORE TABLE!
Sleeping arrangements
Please note that all blankets and pillows are provided, however it is necessary to bring your own sheets and towels.

Basement
Room 1: 1 King - Julie and Helen
Room 2: Bunkbeds  - Sandi
Room 3: 1 Queen - Shirley and Donna

Main Floor
Master Bedroom: 1 King - Cindy and Lori
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen - Jen

Loft: 1 Queen or 1 Twin - Hedi (or you can sleep in bunkbed room with Sandi)

Let me know if the sleeping arrangements are good.
